Eric Greitens Appoints Sandra Karsten as Superintendent of Missouri State Highway Patrol

Today, Governor Eric Greitens announced that Lt. Col. Sandra Karsten will be his pick for the Superintendent of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She will be the first female to take the top post in the state’s history. The announcement was made at the Highway Patrol headquarters, addressing the 104th Class of Recruits. The announcement was streamed via Facebook Live (announcement starts at 19:30).
